What we produce - Services
f-visual
Filmed instruction with real people, real equipment and real environments. Process documentation, safety and operational training, executive and leadership messaging, testimonials and interviews. Studio or on location.
Concept explanation, process visualization, data and systems that cannot be filmed. Fully branded, fully versionable, and the right choice when the subject is abstract or the location is inaccessible.
AI imagery, generated video, synthetic voice and digital presenters, used where they genuinely improve the outcome: rapid versioning, scenario generation, multi-language voice, and visualizing what cannot be filmed.
Our rule is fixed and we state it to every client: AI amplifies what we produce, it does not replace it. Generic generated content is recognizable, and learners disengage from material that clearly is not about their workplace.
Episodic internal communication, audio-only learning for people who cannot watch a screen, narration and voice-over in all three languages. Recorded and mixed in-house.
B2B COMUNICATION
Localization: English, Spanish and Portuguese
Every format above is produced natively in three languages, not translated after the fact.
That means script adaptation rather than literal translation, native voice-over rather than synthetic overdub where quality matters, on-screen text rebuilt in each language, and animation re-timed to the new audio.
We also localize content clients already own. Existing course libraries adapted for Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking workforces is one of our most repeated engagements — libraries get updated, regulations change, and new sites come online.
For multi-country deployments we produce in neutral Latin American Spanish. For single-site training we recommend regional Spanish, because people retain instruction better in the register they actually speak.

We start with the design, not the format
Most content vendors take an order. You ask for a video, you get a video.
That is backwards. The format is a consequence of the learning objective, the audience and the context in which people will actually consume the content — not a decision made at the briefing stage.
Before anything gets produced, we establish what the learner needs to be able to do, what evidence proves they can do it, where and how the content will be consumed, and how much attention is realistically available. Only then do we choose the medium.
An operator learning a torque sequence needs something different from a manager absorbing a compliance policy. Same organization, same budget line, completely different build.
The methodologies we work from
- Competency-based design. Objectives mapped to observable, assessable behaviours.
- ADDIE and SAM. Full linear builds for large programs; iterative sprints when the content will change fast.
- Microlearning architecture. Content broken into standalone units that assemble into multiple courses, versions and refreshers without reproduction.
- Skills matrices and SOP alignment. For manufacturing clients, content designed against existing operational documentation rather than parallel to it.
- Modular content systems. A single production feeds many outputs across formats, channels and languages. This is the core of how we work and the reason our cost per deliverable drops as programs scale.

How it works
Design
A briefing call and access to whatever source material exists: SOPs, existing decks, old courses, competency frameworks. We come back with a content architecture and a recommended format mix, with reasoning.
Production
Filming, animation, recording and asset creation. You receive progress reviews as we go, scheduled in your time zone.
Assembly and localization
Editing, graphics, voice-over in all required languages, and versioning. Review cycles happen online with time-coded comments.
Delivery
Finished files in the formats and specifications your systems require, with full source assets. You own the masters — we do not license content back to you.
FAQ
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
How do you decide which format to use?
It comes out of the design phase, not the brief. We look at the learning objective, the audience, where and how the content will be consumed, and how much attention is available. Most programs end up using several formats, because different content types are retained differently.
Can you produce content for a plant without our team travelling?
Yes, and it is the most common way we work. We manage site coordination, safety induction, permits and scheduling locally, and you review remotely. Several of our long-term clients have never met us in person.
Can you adapt or localize content we already own?
Yes. We adapt scripts, re-record voice-over, rebuild on-screen text, re-time animation and re-version the finished content in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
Do you use AI in production?
Yes, where it improves the result: versioning, scenario generation, multi-language voice and visualizing what cannot be filmed. We do not build training content entirely from generated material, because learners disengage from content that clearly is not about their own workplace.
What file formats and standards do you deliver in?
Whatever your systems require, including packaged courseware for enterprise learning platforms. We confirm specifications at the start and test before final delivery.
How long does a project take?
A single localized module runs three to five weeks. A full multi-format program with on-site production typically runs six to ten weeks depending on access windows.
